Abdel Felfel, Research Associate
Abdel joined the George Morris Centre in December, 2008 as a Research Assistant with the Value Chain Management Centre, and was named Research Associate in 2010.  He has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zagazig, Egypt, and a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Guelph.  His doctoral thesis focused on the impact of developed countries sanitary and phytosanitary measures on developing countries.

Abdel's primary role at the Centre is collecting, analyzing, and organizing economic data, and conducting literature reviews for a variety of research projects within the Value Chain Management Centre.
