Claudia Schmidt, Research Associate
Claudia joined the George Morris Centre as a Research Associate in November, 2008.  Her areas of research are economics of food safety, regulatory impact analysis, agri-environmental policy and agricultural research policy.

She has a degree in agricultural engineering from Martin Luther University in Halle, Germany, a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Markets from the University of Guelph and a PhD degree
 from the Department of Food, Agricultural, and Resource Economics at the University of Guelph.
