Claudia Schmidt, Research Associate
Claudia joined the George Morris Centre as a Research Associate in November, 2008.  She has a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Markets from the University of Guelph and a Master of Science equivalent from Martin Luther University in Halle, Germany.  Claudia is a PhD candidate in the Department of Food, Agricultural, and Resource Economics at the University of Guelph.

Claudia has worked as an external research assistant for the George Morris Centre, and for OMAFRA and the University of Guelph.  Her research areas include regulatory impact analysis, agricultural research policies and food safety.
