Tesfalidet Asfaha, Research Assistant
Tesfa joined the George Morris Centre in June, 2008 as a Research Assistant.  He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Asmara in Eritrea, a Master of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of Free State in South Africa, and a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Free State in South Africa.  His doctoral thesis focused on econometric modeling and the forecasting and policy simulation performances of models.

Tesfa's primary role at the Centre is collecting, analyzing, and organizing economic data, and conducting literature reviews for a variety of research projects.
